What is the best way to take Alpha-T2?
As the label states, the best dose is 1-2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, followed by 1 capsule in the evening. Start with just two capsules per day. Work your way up to three. If you notice side effects at three, just drop it back down to two. Avoid drinking or eating anything containing carbohydrates for at least 30 minutes after dosing.
