AnaBeta is hands down the best Natural Anabolic I have ever used and that includes many different products.
Some highlights from my run with AnaBeta
-extreme increase in hunger
-extreme increase in thirst
-extreme increase in vascularity
-very dense and dry muscle
-daily noticeable difference in the mirror pertaining to a leaner yet fuller look
-increase in strength
-fuller muscle bellies an all day “pump”
-Extreme “pump” while training
-an increase in well being
-more energy
-strong glycogen storage (comparable to strong oral hormones)
-I did require more sleep
-recovery was quicker, however immediate DOMS over the first day or two post training were more intense
I ran it for around 12 weeks, and the effects never waned off, in fact, they only intensified. This is one of my all time favorite supplements and is now a staple in my regiment. If possible I would never come off, it’s that good.

What’s up guys; I was one of the beta testers (you can check my log and detailed review with before/after pics above). I used this for the beginning of my contest prep.
Long story short: I saw strength gains on a calorie deficit, reduced body fat, and slight muscle growth on my shoulders.
I dosed mine 4 caps/day, 1 pre 1 post and 2 with meals.
Some experienced more nutrition repartitioning effects than I . . . although as I am writing this I still dont know what the ingredients are.
Bottom line: Would I recommend it? Yes.
=> Ive been bodybuilding for 2 years now and I have never increased my strength/size while on calorie deficit. That is a win in my book.
In case anyone is curious, Im picking up 2 bottles and plan on running them after I dominate my bodybuilding show in july for a lean bulk. If I grew while cutting . . . I can only imagine how successful this will be on a bulk.

I was also one of the beta testers for this product. This product seems to make food work better for you. Taking it with protein and carbs gives you a burst of energy. You can actually “feel” it working. It is difficult to describe how this product works. It really seems to help with digestion. Helps a lot with bloat from carbs and/or dairy products. You really just have to try it to understand. PES for sure will make it affordable too. There really is no reason not to try it. Its different than anything you have ever tried before. Just get it already!.

I have to say I was lucky enough to be able to run one bottle of Anabeta during PCT recently and it was basically the best PCT I have ever had. At the start of PCT I was at 12% body fat and by the end PCT I had lost no lbm and was the same body fat percentage. During all of my other PCT’s I have lost lbm and increased body fat percentage even with proper diet and training. With results like these I doubt I will ever do another PCT without Anabeta

It’s hard to add more commentary to AnaBeta’s effects that I (or a couple dozen other people) haven’t already stated. AnaBeta truly is in a class by itself. I didn’t experience any huge appetite surge as others have noted nor oily skin or breaking out. I have noticed increased sweating (mostly during working out); rise in body temp/thermo thru out the day; an additional .5 – 1 gallons water consumed daily and more frequent trips to the restroom. I also experienced increased valscularity (mostly in shoulders/arms) when working out.
I’ve never had great experiences with nutrient repartitioners, but do feel AnaBeta helped to drive nutrients predominately to muscles & on several occasions experienced a ‘food pump’.
I experienced a 1 lb weight gain over the 5 weeks, but with that I’d say I had some leaning out (some top of abs & hip/waist area)…while adding some lbm (nutrition has been for the most part clean (slight-moderate surplus) during the week…then either cheat meals/or days on friday night/saturday) & I did experience some strength gain in the gym as well as increase in aggression…this wasn’t a ‘final review’…as this won’t be the last time I use AnaBeta. Ready to buy some bottles of this please ![]()

I got to beta test AnaBeta before it was released to the public. I saw a fierce increase in hunger and had to bump my calories up accordingly. Despite having a much higher carb intake I finished the run 4.4lbs heavier and visibly leaner and more vascular. It is the best natural anabolic I have ever taken without a shadow of a doubt.
bdcc Final Review
This is my last full day on AnaBeta so here is my final review. I have four capsules left, one for tonight and three for tomorrow.
Starting weight: 83kg
Finishing weight: 85kg
Weight Increase 2kg/4.4lbs
Total run- 37 days.
Objective Notes:
-My weight peaked yesterday at 86kg which is very high for me, not a weight I ever fluctuate to normally. My final weight this morning was 85kg so it is only right I record my final weight. All weights were recorded in the morning after going to the toilet and before I consumed anything, solid or liquid.
- My flexed arm measurement increased between .3″ and .4″. Both measurements were taken in the morning, before training or any physical exertion and without any form of additional supplementation like NO products.
- My flexed arm measurement is at it’s highest ever
- My weight is higher than it ever is at this level of body fat. AnaBeta has pushed me into new territories regarding weight and arm measurements.
- My flexed arm measurement after training went up to 17.25″ which is also the highest it has ever been as well as being a bigger difference between post training and pre training measurements.
Subjective Notes:
- The appetite increase was absolutely ferocious at the beginning. Within a week or so I was seriously contemplating dropping the dosage because it was hard to handle. I could eat a breakfast of steak and eggs and feel hungry within an hour. The appetite increase started slowing down towards the end of the run. They were so severe that if I waited an hour and a half after eating before I trained I often felt like my stomach was empty until the point of nausea, even if I had filled the 90 minutes carb with a waxy maize starch and brown rice protein shake 30 minutes prior to training.
- It felt like I was craving carbs. I would finish my normal meat based meals and have to keep eating. I used things like dark chocolate covered rice cakes as post meal snacks for when I was still hungry.
- I felt that it had strong nutrient partitioning effects. Either glucose disposal or insulin regulation. I bumped my post workout shake to 150g of carbohydrates from a 50:50 blend of dextrose and maltodextrin and felt no adverse effects on blood sugar beyond what is normal post training for me.
- I was not on a low carb routine prior to going on AnaBeta. I had no weight rebound the morning following higher carb days so the weight gained was not simply a rebound of glycogen storage. I tested this on multiple occasions and didn’t find any acute weight gain. I did however find that my weight increased more consistently when carbs were high and when I slipped back into a lower carb routine my weight started declining.
- I think I could have put more weight on if it wasn’t a psychological barrier. I am a very clean eater and found it hard psychologically to want to eat again an hour after a meal. I am confident that if someone was using this who was happy to eat consistently and as much as they craved they would have much more dramatic increases in weight.
- Vascularity during training was more pronounced.
- I felt slightly fuller in general at all times. Not very noticeable but something was there.
Personal Opinion:
I enjoyed my run of this very much. I used to stay around 84kg consistently and would almost never fluctuate in weight at all, even after carb ups. When I went to 85kg it seemed out of the ordinary, I was very pleased with this as it was a 2kg increase very early on. When I peaked at 86kg yesterday I knew it was undeniably to do with AnaBeta. It is possible that when I weigh myself tomorrow that I would be at 86kg again but it is only fair to do the review as objectively as possible so took my morning weight at the time of writing this.
I can conservatively take a .3″ increase on my arm measurement and a 2kg increase in weight. I look slightly sharper which would indicate a slight drop in bodyfat with a higher net gain of lean body mass than the weight recorded. To most people this would not sound groundbreaking but to a natural athlete who eats clean and keeps their bodyfat low (no dirty bulking excuse for junk food here) it is far from it. I never get this much of a fluctuation and 4lbs~ in 5 weeks would work out to be 40lbs~ increase per year assuming a linear growth pattern, not a percentage growth pattern. Keeping at the same bodyfat I can safely say this is something I would be happy to take using my current condition as a starting point.
Would I recommend it? Yes.
That is it. No hype, no frills, nothing other than facts.

That is the only word that I can say about my time with AnaBeta. Much of the time I ran it I was unable to lift, and yet my bodyweight and strength remained where they were. I am thrilled to see that this is coming out officially.

I am about to finish an 8 week run of AnaBeta being that I was a beta tester for it. Let me say this, NOT everyone will respond the way I did but I know one thing is for sure, its ANABOLIC. At first I thought it was some sort of GDA. As time went on, I realized it was more than that due to the fact that I could eat more protein than normal and not just carbs. I also noticed that week by week even with all the training I do, my weight continued to steadily climb. My strength especially with dumbbells increased. My mood was spectacular on it but I did gain acne which to me is no biggie. I gained at least 20 whopping lbs. And believe me it was NOT FAT, because I got leaner and more vascular on my run……
