Pepperoni Protein Pizza

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 227g Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • 70g Multi-Purpose Select Protein
  • 130g All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 

Toppings

  • 30g Turkey Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 28g Fat-Free Mozzarella
  • 28g Part-Skim Mozzarella
  • 14g Fresh Shredded Parmesan

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  2. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl mix Multi-Purpose Protein with flour, baking soda and salt. Then add yogurt and mix well. Some of flour mixture may not get fully incorporated.

  4. Turn dough onto the prepared pizza pan.

  5. Using damp hands press dough into a 14 inch circle. Top with pizza sauce and pepperoni. Then top with cheese. Use fat free cheese on the bottom then top with the other cheeses.

  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.

  7. Cut into 8 slices.
