Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Ball:

  • 1 1/2 scoops Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Select Protein Powder
  • 4 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Oat Flour (or finely ground oats)
  • 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk of Choice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Select Protein
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey, Maple Syrup or Agave 
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Milk of Choice  

    Directions:

    1. Mix Select Protein and oat flour together and then add cream cheese, vanilla and almond milk until smooth. Fold in peanut butter. Roll dough into 8 balls.
    2. Melt all chocolate ingredients together and whisk until smooth. 
    3. Pour chocolate over balls, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired. 
    4. Place balls in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving, or store in refrigerator.
