Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl combine oat bran and water. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the oat bran is cooked add PEScience Select Cake Pop Protein and mix well.
- Add crust mixture to a 8x8 baking pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl combine eggs, pumpkin, Select Pumpkin Pie Protein, and salt.
- Once crust is done baking remove from oven and increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
- Spread filling mixture evenly over crust and bake for 27-30 minutes. Enjoy!
