Let's get baking with these Red Velvet Blondies - packed with flavor and protein, you can still enjoy all your favorite sweet treats while still hitting your macros!

Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 scoop (50g) PEScience Cake Pop Select Protein Powder (can sub vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup (60g) Gluten Free 1:1 fFour
  • 1 tbsp (5g) Special Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp (20g) Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Sash of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup (75g) Cashew Butter
  • 1 tbsp (14g) Butter, melted 
  • 3/4 cup (180g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Maple Syrup
  • 3-4 drops Red Food Coloring

    Frosting:

    • 2 tbsp (28g) Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese

    • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 2 tbsp (14g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein Powder

      Directions:

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

      2. Mix together dry ingredients.
      3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
      4. Pour into 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
      5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT over bake!
      6. Let cook and make frosting. Stir together all frosting ingredients and spread over bars.
      7. Store in fridge
