Cake Pop Blondie

Ingredients:

Dry ingredients-

40g quick oats (1/2 cup)

32g PEScience Cake Pop Select protein

3 tsp swerve granulated sweetener

1 tsp coconut flour

pinch of salt

Wet ingredients-

60g egg whites (about 1/4 cup)

60g unsweetened cashew milk (1/4 cup)

1 tsp vanilla extract

56g 0% Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)

 

14g (2tbsp) Lilys Sweets milk chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Whisk together all the dry ingredients, the stir in the wet.

3. Pour batter into sprayed and parchment lined pan and top with 14g (2 tbsp) Lilys Sweets milk chocolate chips.

3. Bake for 10 minutes. 

4. Let cool. Then enjoy!!
