Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Cinnamon Roll:

120g Self-Rising Flour

240g Fat Free Greek Yogurt

60g PEScience protein powder

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Roll Filling:

4 tbsp cinnamon

6 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener

Cream Cheese Frosting:

36g Zero-Calorie Confectioners

84g fat free cream cheese

90g fat free greek yogurt

145g PEScience protein powder

30g almond milk

30mL Skinny Mixes syrup

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Mix cinnamon roll dough ingredients together

3. Roll out dough into a flat, large square

4. Mix zero-calorie sugar and cinnamon together and spread evenly across the dough

5. Tightly roll the dough, tuck the ends in, and use a knife to slice the roll into 8 pieces

6. Place on baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes

7. Let the cinnamon rolls cool, add frosting, and enjoy!
