1 scoop Frosted Chocolate Select Protein
2 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar free syrup)
1/4 cup natural almond butter
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except peanut butter together.
- Add peanut butter and using a large spoon, mix and mash in peanut butter until completely incorporated.
- Use your hands to roll dough into 11 evenly sized balls. Roll the dough in extra coconut and place on a piece of parchment paper.
- Once all 11 balls are coated in coconut, place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
