Ingredients

1 scoop Frosted Chocolate Select Protein
2 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar free syrup)
1/4 cup natural almond butter
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp pure vanilla extract 

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except peanut butter together. 
  2. Add peanut butter and using a large spoon, mix and mash in peanut butter until completely incorporated. 
  3. Use your hands to roll dough into 11 evenly sized balls. Roll the dough in extra coconut and place on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Once all 11 balls are coated in coconut, place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
