1 scoop Frosted Chocolate Cupcake Select Protein
4 tbsp 0% greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder plus more for rolling
2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
2 tbsp oat flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together with a fork, then add wet and mix again until well combined. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Once dough is firm, dust your hands with cocoa powder and roll into 5 equally sized balls.
- Roll balls in cocoa powder and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
