Frosted Peppermint Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

45g @pescience Mint Cookie protein powder

100g quick oats

2 packages Nestle no sugar added hot cocoa pouches

12g black cocoa powder

6g sugar free jello pudding mix - chocolate 

122g unsweetened applesauce 

250g egg whites

1 tsp cake batter or vanilla extract

1.5 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 droppers full of peppermint stevia (extract would also work!)

1/4 cup water

 

For the icing:

4g PEScience Mint Cookie + 30g 0% greek yogurt

 

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Whisk together all ingredients. 

3. Pour into a lined 8x8 pan.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Cool. Top with icing. Cut into 4 even squares.
