2 extra large eggs
2 scoops PEScience Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup protein powder
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp water
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Cooking spray, butter, or coconut oil for greasing the pan
1. Heat a nonstick 8 inch skillet on the stove. Spray with cooking spray, butter, or coconut oil.
2. Mix the eggs, oil, water, and whipping cream together. Sift protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Whisk vigorously until lumps are gone. Thick-ish batter is what to look for.
3. Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour batter onto skillet. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
