Guilt-free protein cookie dough

1 scoop Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter 
2 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (or honey/agave)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp water
1 tbsp mini chocolate chip 


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. 
  2. Melt coconut oil and maple syrup together and then fold into dry ingredients. 
  3. Add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach a desired consistency. 
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. 
  5. Chill for at least 90 minutes before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
