

No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Sticking to your goals and satisfying your sweet cravings are easy when high-protein cookie dough bites exist!

Ingredients
2 scoops PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein
1/4 cup coconut flour
pinch salt
3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
1/2 tsp butter extract
1/4 c + 1-2 Tbsp milk of choice
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients (starting with only 1/4c milk) until a thick dough forms. Add more milk, 1 Tbsp at a time, as needed.
- Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour, then roll into 8 balls and serve, or store in the fridge.
