No Bake S'mores Bites

Ingredients:

1/2 c (60g) graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c (20g) rolled oats

2 scoops PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select protein

1/2 c (20g) marshmallow bits or mini marshmallows

2 Tbsp (28g) mini chocolate chips

4-6 Tbsp (60-90mL) cashew milk (or any milk) 

Directions:

1. Line a small plate or dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

3. Slowly add the milk, stirring in gradually, until the mixture resembles a slight crumbly cookie dough. (You should be able to handle it.)

4. Divide the ball into 8 pieces and roll them between your palms to form smooth protein bites. Place them on the parchment paper and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
