Strawberries and Cream Bars

Ingredients:

3/4 cup (60g) quick oats

1 scoop (30g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp (7g) coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

dash of salt

6 tbsp (90ml) almond milk

1/2 tsp butter extract

5 tbsp (70g) liquid egg whites

1 1/2 tbsp (10ml) Walden Farms pancake syrup

1/3 cup (75g) strawberries, mashed 

1/4 cup (60g) plain greek yogurt

For the frosting:

1/4 cup (60g) plain greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp (3g) coconut flour

2 tbsp (15g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup (75g) strawberries, sliced

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients together.

2. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

3. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

4. Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with nonstick spray.

5. Bake at 350 for 22-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6. Make frosting while cooling. Stir together ingredients except strawberries.

7. Spread frosting over bars after they are fully cooled, then top with strawberries!
