Shipping & Delivery

Customer will pay all freight charges at a flat rate aside from International Shipments. International customers must respect their local law.  All seized packages will not be refunded unless the package is returned by customs. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card or PayPal in U.S. dollars.  All customers are liable for all taxes and duty fees, we do not collect international duty charges, check with your own country for information.  We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission

Returns & Replacements

All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.  No unauthorized returns.  No returns on opened or used merchandise.  Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.  Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee(except for damaged goods).  For the safety of our customers, bulk powders are not returnable for exchanges, credits, or refunds under any circumstance.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments will be made via Secure Credit Card transaction, or with PayPal.  PEScience reserves the right to add or revoke any payment or payment method at any time.  All pricing is firm and is subject to change upon market fluctuations.  What is one price one day can change the next.  No refunds will be made to make up for a missed sale. PEScience runs promotions often and each customer is bound by the laws in thier state. Promotions can include discounts or free product.  Check the front page or social media links often to ensure you do not miss a promotion.

Viewing Orders

All orders and shipping details can be viewed in the customer dashboard via the "My Account" menu item at the top of the page.

Updating Account Information

All account information can be updated by the customer by logging into their account and clicking on the "My Account" menu item.
