- 2 large apples (1 fuji, 1 granny smith)
- 1 cup mixed raspberries and blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp PEScience Apple Cinnamon Protein4Oats
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Core and thinly slice the apples (you can peel them if desired) and add them to a mixing bowl with the berries, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and protein. Toss until everything is evenly coated and then place them into the bottom of the dish.
Place all the topping ingredients into a mixing bowl and use your hands to combine until the mixture resembles wet sand. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit.
Bake for 40-50 minutes and apple are tender and crisp is golden. Enjoy!
