Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein Powder 
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 fresh strawberry, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a medium-sized ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, and egg until smooth.
