Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Caramel Waffle Cone PEScience Select Protein
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate (add food coloring if desired)
  • 8 Paleo Mini Waffle Cones (or cones of choice)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Caramel Waffle Cone protein powder, softened butter, maple syrup, and rainbow sprinkles. Stir until a dough forms.
  2. Roll dough into eight 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined plate and freeze for 5 minutes
  3. Slice about ¼ off the top of each cone to create a flatter base. Make sure your dough balls sit snugly on top without falling in.
  4. Use any remaining dough to fill each cone, pressing it down so it’s tightly packed.
  5. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and add any food coloring if desired. Dip each dough ball in the melted chocolate, then press it firmly onto the filled cone top. Freeze for 5 more minutes to set.
  6. Dip the entire cone in the remaining melted chocolate. Once set, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and finish with extra sprinkles.
  7. Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
