Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop PEScience Cake Pop Select Protein

Toppings (optional)

  • Banana slices
  • Hemp seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Honey
  • Coconut shreds

Directions

  • In a bowl or container, combine the chia seeds, milk, yogurt and protein powder. Cover and and chill for at least 1 hour. Transfer to a serving bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
