Ingredients: 

For the Cookie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop PEScience Cake Pop Select Protein
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like Stevia or Erythritol)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Brownie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop PEScience Cake Pop Select Protein
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like Stevia or Erythritol)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the oat flour, PEScience Cake Pop Protein, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

  6. Add the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
