In a small bowl combine the greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, protein powder and water. Mix until combined. Dough will be sticky and thick.
Add to a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and mix the dough around, then microwave again for another 30 seconds. Do not over cook as you want the dough to be gooey.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and more melted chocolate if desired.
