Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Ball:
- 1 1/2 scoops Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Select Protein Powder
- 4 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese (room temp)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Oat Flour (or finely ground oats)
- 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk of Choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Coating:
- 1/2 scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Select Protein
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey, Maple Syrup or Agave
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Milk of Choice
Directions:
- Mix Select Protein and oat flour together and then add cream cheese, vanilla and almond milk until smooth. Fold in peanut butter. Roll dough into 8 balls.
- Melt all chocolate ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
- Pour chocolate over balls, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired.
- Place balls in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving, or store in refrigerator.
