Prepare a griddle with non-stick spray and turn on medium heat (about 300 F)
Whisk together the protein, milk, egg whites, salt and stevia until smooth and no clumps remain. The batter should be very thin.
Use a 1⁄4 measuring cup to pour the batter onto the griddle and then immediately use the back of the measuring cup to spread out the batter as thin as you can get it.
Let the crepe cook for 2-3 minutes and the edges start to curl. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat until you have used all the batter. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
