Protein Strawberries & Cream Bars


A quick and easy recipe for homemade strawberries and cream protein bars! Packed with protein and made with wholesome ingredients, these low carb healthy snack bars are too good to turn down!

  • 3/4 cup (60g) Quick Oats

  • 1 scoop (30g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp (7g) Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of Salt
  • 6 tbsp (90ml) Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Butter Extract
  • 5 tbsp (70g) Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (10ml) Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 1/3 cup (75g) Strawberries, mashed 
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt


  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp (3g) Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp (15g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup (75g) Strawberries, sliced


  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  4. Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with nonstick spray.
  5. Bake at 350 for 22-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Make frosting while cooling. Stir together ingredients except strawberries.
  7. Spread frosting over bars after they are fully cooled, then top with strawberries!
