Frosting:

3/4 cup (60g) Quick Oats
- 1 scoop (30g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp (7g) Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of Salt
- 6 tbsp (90ml) Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Butter Extract
- 5 tbsp (70g) Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 tbsp (10ml) Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
- 1/3 cup (75g) Strawberries, mashed
- 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
Frosting:
- 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp (3g) Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp (15g) PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup (75g) Strawberries, sliced
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake at 350 for 22-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make frosting while cooling. Stir together ingredients except strawberries.
- Spread frosting over bars after they are fully cooled, then top with strawberries!
