  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit syrup
  • 1 scoop PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Select Protein
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed


  • Place the cottage cheese, strawberries yogurt, syrup, and protein powder into a food processor and blend until combined and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

  • Transfer to a freezer safe dish, top with crushed graham crackers, cover and freeze overnight.

  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping with a hot ice cream scooper (dip ice cream scooper in boiling water for 3 seconds). Enjoy!
