Servings: 12 Serving Size: 1 brownie Brownie Ingredients 68g (2 scoops) PEScience Select Vegan Chocolate Bliss Protein Powder 48g creamy peanut butter 75g canned pumpkin 20g cocoa powder 1/3 cup sugar-free syrup 42g vegan chocolate or chocolate chips of choice Frosting Ingredients 90g sugar-free chocolate frosting 17g (1/2 scoops) PEScience Select Vegan Chocolate Bliss Protein Powder 1 tbsp milk of choice Rainbow sprinkles for topping Directions Microwave chocolate chips, syrup, and peanut butter until melted (one minute) Add the canned pumpkin and cocoa powder. Add protein powder one scoop at a time. Place dough on parchment paper and shape. In a small bowl, mix the frosting, protein powder, and milk until smooth. Using a butter knife, spread the frosting over the tops of the brownies, then top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for one hour. Slice into 12 small brownies, then enjoy!
