- 125g or 1 small can of artichokes (drained)
- 30g pickled jalapeños
- 100g nonfat Greek yogurt
- 100g light sour cream
- 3 plain laughing cow wedges
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 50g PEScience Select Multi-Purpose Protein
- 2 tbsp jalapeño juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 45g grated parmesan
- Blend everything minus the artichoke and jalapeño in a food processor until smooth.
- Add artichoke and jalapeño and roughly chop.
- Serve with snacks of your choice. Enjoy!
