Jalapeño Artichoke Protein Dip

Ingredients

    • 125g or 1 small can of artichokes (drained)
    • 30g pickled jalapeños
    • 100g nonfat Greek yogurt
    • 100g light sour cream
    • 3 plain laughing cow wedges
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 50g PEScience Select Multi-Purpose Protein
    • 2 tbsp jalapeño juice
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1 tsp salt 
    • 45g grated parmesan 

Directions

  • Blend everything minus the artichoke and jalapeño in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add artichoke and jalapeño and roughly chop.
  • Serve with snacks of your choice. Enjoy!
