- Powdered sugar, fresh berries, maple syrup
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Add the butter to a 9-inch cast iron skillet and place it in the oven until the butter is melted. Serve immediately.

- Pour the batter (it will be very thin) into the skillet with the melted butter and cook for 13-15 minutes or golden and puffy.
- Add desired toppings and serve.
